What our customers say
A lot of our work comes from neighbours telling neighbours. Here is some of what they have said.
- 4.9 on Google, 69 reviews
- Since 2007 on the North Shore
- Our own team, not subbies
Twenty-eight of them, grouped by the kind of job. They are real, they are named, and most of them are on our Google listing where you can check them yourself. A few came with a suburb attached rather than a surname, and those say so.
We have not tidied anyone's wording. The spelling has been made Australian and that is the only thing changed.
Blocked drains and sewer
I have used STS Plumbing to clear a blocked sewer line 3 times over the last 6 years, each blockage caused by tree roots. Each time I have found that the issue was resolved in a very proficient and effective and timely way. Both the principal Simon and his co worker, Oliver are friendly and professional. I can highly recommend STS plumbing and will continue to use them for any plumbing required in my home.

Ewan did what 3 other roof plumbers failed to achieve and sealed a leak in our roof! He and his co-worker completed the work in a timely and efficient manner and the final price was exactly what he quoted. We will definitely use them again, highly recommended.
Glenn Crouch, Google reviewOutstanding! Excellent quality, professional and value for money. Kai and Tyrone did an outstanding job concreting in a 5m drain at the base of a retaining wall. Throughout the job they were extremely polite, communicated clearly what they were doing, and left the working area in excellent condition each day. Kai went above and beyond, cleaning up mouldy concrete around the area using a gerni. I have used STS Plumbing a number of times and can't recommend them enough!
